Angus is the closest of our out-of-town runs, twenty minutes down Highway 90, and that shows in how we schedule it. Same-day here is routine rather than a favour, and for anything genuinely urgent we can often be there faster than a company working out of the south end of Barrie.

Two things make the plumbing here specific. The first is turnover. With the base next door, a lot of houses change hands or change tenants on a posting cycle, which means inspections with a deadline attached and repairs that have to be documented properly for a landlord, a buyer or a relocation file.
